Scheduling Your First Appointment

There are two ways to schedule your initial therapy appointment:

  • Call us directly at 870.790.1707.

  • Fill out our online intake form here and we will contact you to schedule an appointment.

What to Expect When Scheduling

  • Be prepared to share your name, phone number, and email address.

  • Let us know your availability for an intake appointment, which typically lasts one hour. We are open Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

  • We may ask you a brief question about why you are interested in therapy.

Before Your Appointment

You will receive a secure email with a link to our patient portal. This portal is HIPAA-compliant, meaning your information is protected. Through the portal, you will need to provide the following at least 24 hours before your appointment:

  • Basic background information about yourself (such as race and gender)

  • Your credit card information. This is for authorization to charge for any copays or no show charges. Additionally, you can pay your copays through the patient portal

  • A brief explanation of why you are seeking therapy.

What to Expect During Your First Visit

    • Dress comfortably for your appointment.
    • Snacks and water will be available for you.

    • Your first session is an intake session. This is where we will get to know each other and discuss the reasons you are seeking therapy. It will be different from a typical therapy session, focusing more on gathering information.
